"We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive
is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best
of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies."

Internet graffiti

Kind of like pulling weeds, I had to clean up some nasty comments from this posting already.

Timely quote there. Thank you for posting it.

I hope his dream comes true one day.

MLK

Strange how this fellow lived as an individual in change. He was always growing, always willing to see things new and fresh and full of potential. At times I feel that he was the last of his kind in our culture. Now America clings to shadowy perceptions of our history as our media is filled with a shrill cry of "Christian Nation" and "Founding Fathers". Will we ever climb to the top of the mountain?
